About Alejandro
Alejandro Quinones focuses his practice on helping new and growing businesses through the legal challenges they face. Alejandro regularly advises small and mid-sized businesses on issues relating to corporate structuring, contracts, operations and more. He is known for combining thoughtful strategy with rapid execution.
In addition to his business transactional work, Alejandro has substantial experience regarding labor and employment matters. In fact, other lawyers frequently refer such cases to him. He has handled complex disputes concerning wage and hour, unpaid overtime, meal breaks, rest breaks, and off the clock work.
Alejandro received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. Originally from Southern California, he started his career in San Diego where he practiced at a boutique law firm specializing in business, real estate, corporate and asset protection.
Alejandro received his B.A. in Political Science and was the recipient of the Ad Astra award at the University of Kansas School of Law.
