About Jody
Jody L. Winter is the Principal Attorney and CEO of Lloyd Winter P.C., a full-service business law firm specializing in all types of business litigation, including mediation and arbitration, partnership disputes, breach of contract, fraud, construction, insurance, and real estate disputes. In addition, the firm handles business, commercial and real estate matters throughout the state of California including landlord- tenant, COA and HOA assistance.
Jody was rated by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” in 2020-2021 and was previously designated as a “Rising Star” from 2013 to 2018.
Prior to founding the firm in 2012, Jody worked with the firm Gilmore, Wood, Vinnard; Magness, where he practiced civil litigation in the areas of business, commercial cases and real property litigation including eminent domain and CEQA. Jody has published a constitutional litigation opinion with David Gilmore in Tosi et al v. County of Fresno 161 Cal.App.4th 799.
From a young age, Jody has been dedicated to serving the public and fighting for the rights of others. He has served as a campus coordinator and several other volunteer roles at The Well Community Church where he continues to lead in the small group ministry. Jody also created a local chapter of the Christian Legal Society to foster camaraderie and fellowship between local Christian attorneys. Jody was admitted to practice by the State Bar of California in 2007.
