About John
After graduating from college, John Hwang returned home and worked for a personal care distribution and manufacturing business for over fifteen years. While attending the University of Texas for his MBA, John’s businesses were mired in litigation, which gave him the impetus to attend law school a few years later.
John utilizes his years of operational business experience to provide tailored and pragmatic service for his clients. His practice focuses on helping middle-tier companies with their transactional legal needs including contracts, real estate, and general business counsel, all with the goal of avoiding costly diputes down the line.
In his spare time, John serves as Director and Legal Counsel for the Korean-American Chamber of Commerce in Houston.
