Fulton Strahan Law Group, PLLC

About Keith

Keith Strahan is Managing Partner of Fulton Strahan Group PLLC, a full-service law firm specialized in helping small and mid-sized businesses with their unique legal needs. Keith founded his law practice after noticing the gap for a top-tier Texas law firm that is both accessible for small businesses and sophisticated for the legal issues they face. Keith routinely advises business owners on matters of business formation and structuring, corporate finance, commercial litigation, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and much more. In addition, Keith helps start-ups, small businesses and mid-size businesses navigate through federal and state regulatory burdens so that they can become thriving sources of job creation in Texas. Keith earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas. He also earned a Master in Political Philosophy from the University of Manchester in Manchester, England.
