About Keith

Keith Strahan is a experienced attorney who helps small and mid-sized businesses with their legal needs. As a Practice Leader in Business Transactions, Keith often serves as the outside general counsel for his clients by doing the same type of work as an in-house legal department.


Keith routinely advises business owners on matters of business formation and structuring, corporate finance, commercial loans, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and much more. In addition, Keith helps start-ups and growing businesses navigate through federal and state regulatory burdens so that they can become thriving sources of job creation.


Keith earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas. He also earned a Master in Political Philosophy from the University of Manchester in Manchester, England.
